About the Role:
I focus on designing competitive and replayable minigame levels that drive engagement, retention, and social fun.
Key responsibilities include:

Designing, prototyping, and iterating on real-time multiplayer minigames, with tight pacing and balanced risk vs. reward mechanics.

Crafting level flows, spatial layouts, and progression to ensure fairness while ramping up tension and excitement.

Collaborating closely with Art, Engineering and QA teams to take levels from concept to live deployment.

Leveraging playtest data and feedback to tune difficulty, eliminate pain points, and improve replay value.

Conducting competitor analysis and researching player psychology to inform fresh gameplay ideas and maintain genre-leading standards.
This role has honed my ability to design under pressure scenarios, build social dynamics into gameplay loops, and create content that keeps millions of players coming back daily. It’s gratifying to see levels I’ve designed being played (and hotly competed in) around the world.
