The Design Challenge
The core design challenge at Hitwicket was serving two very different player cohorts: new users who needed onboarding and elder users at risk of churn, within the same live ops calendar. This pushed me to think in segmented design: every event had to have a purpose for a specific player type, not just broad engagement.
