About the Game:
Patient Zero flips the usual apocalypse narrative on its head. Players control Zero, a test subject of a failed experiment who escapes from a hospital and sets out to create an army of zombies by infecting civilians and law officials. Immune to most bullets and nearly impossible to kill, Zero becomes the catalyst of chaos, turning a peaceful city into a growing nightmare.
The game explores a reverse apocalypse scenario, where instead of surviving against zombies, players actively spread the outbreak.
